Black Leaf 18.8mm Shower Head Diffuser Downstem

Constructed of strong borosilicate glass, this Black Leaf Downstem has both an 18.8mm bowl fitting and a 18.8mm stem grinding, with a showerhead-style diffuser. First the end is sealed and then perforated with small holes, and this creates a larger amount of smaller bubbles which enhances the cooling of the smoke.
While a standard downpipe has a single hole at the end, a Showerhead diffuser is more efficient at the cooling process. Available in a range of lengths from 100mm to 180mm, this downstem will fit the majority of waterpipes and bongs around.
